Check out my review at http://www.documentsnap.com/doxie-q-review/!
This is a quick video that shows the two ways you can scan with the Doxie Q. You can scan with the automated document feeder (up to 8 sheets at a time) or you can scan receipts, photos, or other documents through the back of the scanner.
An easy way to go paperless!

Brooks, the link for the review goes to a 404 on your page. How was the quality of the scan?
Brooks,
I would like to have the automator or hazel script prompt me for tags to add to the file before sending it to Evernote. Is there a way to do this?
I have an older Doxie scanner, and I do love it however it had a glaring issue…I rarely could feed the paper in it straight since you had to place the paper physically before it would begin scanning. However this new model theoretically solves my only gripe, sadly its priced too high. This should be their only model and priced at $199 but I guess I will wait till a sale.

It’s definitely an attractive gadget that helps people who want to go paperless. I wonder about the alternatives, however. Say you run a small business from home. Why not just buy a Brother printer/scanner for half the price, have printing capability in addition to scanning capability and use an app like Scannable when you are on the go, uploading your documents to an affordable cloud service?
