Really good review of the 3D printer!!
Love what you are doing and I hope you continue!!

For the ABS, it seems like you need to increase the bed temperature. It has a max of 110 degrees I believe. I have yet to install the ultrabase on my Anycubic i3 Mega (version 1) but I’m not sure if that’s causing the adhesion issues. I would recommend Hatchbox ABS which has printed just as good if not better than PLA.

Need a heated deck and use painters tape and in a glue stick on top of painters tape works awesome from my pla

Nice job Justin. I’ll get one soon lol. Thanks for review

Michael Robinson says:

I really need it

David Lane says:

I use ABS in my MakerBot with a heated bed. I find I need to run the heat on the bed at 130 degrees Celsius to keep the object I’m making stuck to the table. With out the heat on the bed your ABS parts won’t stick.

Mike Fas says:

Hmm.. So outside of the tpu, this seems better than the cr10 for the ultimate beginner as far as setup and print. But, the print area is smaller, correct? Please let us know if you figure out the tpu settings!
